Reporting Error Code Problems to NetIQ
Reporting Information
To improve the information NetIQ*® has about resolving error code problems,
we need to know when and how users are seeing them occur. Please help us gather
this information by doing the following:
- Record the error number.
- Record the circumstances in which the error occurred.
- If you were able to resolve the error, record what you did to resolve the
problem.
- Report this information to NetIQ* through e-mail. Send the e-mail to
SYSMSG@NetIQ*.com. NetIQ* will send you a confirmation that the information
has been received.
No technical support will be returned to you from this e-mail ID.
- Search NetIQ*'s support Knowledgebase for more information about the
error. The Knowledgebase located is at https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/support/knowledge-base
